Last week the home team played in the Africa Cup of Nations soccer tournament. They beat their sworn rival Algeria to play for the championship. I watched the game on a big screen with a few friends and a few hundred other fans. This is the chaos/dancing/party that ensued!

These people know how to celebrate. The party went on until about 4 am--right in front of my house. Celebration ingredients include: flags, music, car horns, flamethrowers, fireworks and lots of dancing. Such a fun night! I've never seen anything like it.
